Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive SKU wise primary volume in line with the company's growth vision
∎ Ensure distribution wise collection according to primary sales value
∎ Appoint new distributors by market demarcation to increase coverage and to ensure proper market service
∎ Replace weak and non-performing distributors by identifying actual reasons with proper procedure
∎ Ensure the right investment in terms of floor stock is available all the time. Ensuring the right type of infrastructure is in place and periodic review of the infrastructure available for the distributor
∎ Ensure that the distributor is directly involved in the business, operating and visiting markets on a daily basis while meeting customers
∎ Initiate and execute strategy to improve RED score in assigned region
∎ Ensure proper Implementation of SFA by distributor and ASO
∎ Monitor and Control BBD and BL within the policy through effective market execution and product rotation in the outlets
∎ Develop capability of ASOs and PSRs through OTG training
∎ Credit recovery of the area in line with the management decision and ensuring proper recovery of the outstanding of the old distributor of the region
∎ Ensure regular reporting with full accuracy
