Responsibilities & Context
Candidate will assist for preparing monthly, half-yearly & final accounts and related statements.
Individual must be able to examine and prepare all journal vouchers and other documents related with Accounts
Check daily, monthly and yearly accounts
Solve billing disputes (analyze and compare records, prepare paperwork, communicate with customer/vendor billing department) also handle collection of outstanding balances.
Compile Monthly reports & prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
Help the Senior Officers to prepare the various statements yearly and quarterly accounts
Preserve & document all transactions
Carry out other tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time by their supervisor
