Responsibilities & Context
1. Manage daily accounting and financial activities of the company.
2. Maintain accurate financial records, bills, vouchers, and invoices.
3. Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
4. Monitor company income, expenses, payments, and receivables.
5. Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain bank transaction records.
6. Assist in preparing budgets and controlling operational expenses.
7. Ensure proper documentation of VAT, Tax, and other financial records.
8. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
10. Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
