Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
food edge limited, the company behind the renowned Bread & Beyond bakery chain, invites applications from competent, honest, and committed professionals to join its Finance & Accounts team as Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial management.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and periodic financial analyses.
Manage Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documentation. Monitor cash flows, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Com (Honours) and M.Com in Accounting or Finance.
Completed CA course from a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm.
4–5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance & Accounts. Desired Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial management.
Practical experience in taxation, VAT, auditing, and statutory compliance.
High standards of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
