Key Responsibilities
1. Capacity & Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) across cutting, sewing, printing/embroidery, and finishing/packing lines.
Allocate styles to appropriate sewing lines based on machine capability, line efficiency, and pitch time.
Monitor line loading and capacity balancing to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and minimize line downtime.
2. Material Requirement & Supply Chain Coordination
Collaborate with Merchandising and Commercial teams to align material availability (Yarn, Fabric, Trims, Accessories) with line loading schedules.
Track Time and Action (T&A) calendars for raw materials to prevent line feeding bottlenecks.
Coordinate with Dyeing and Knitting divisions to ensure daily bulk fabric delivery targets are met.
3. Production Floor Execution & Monitoring
Conduct daily PPC/Floor coordination meetings to track plan vs. actual output across all sewing and finishing lines.
Identify production bottlenecks, sewing line imbalances, and downtime root causes, implementing immediate corrective actions.
Analyze daily Target vs. Achievement reports and adjust dynamic line planning as needed.
