Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of daily accounts, cash flow, bank transactions and reconciliation
Ability to maintain vouchers, invoices, bills and financial records
Knowledge of VAT, Tax and basic compliance requirements
Strong proficiency in MS ExcelExperience with Tally or other accounting software preferred
Must be accurate, organized and trustworthyAble to prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries
Experience in a consultancy/service-based company will be an advantage
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily income and expense records.
- Prepare payment, receipt, and transaction reports.
- Manage applicant payment records.
- Handle bank reconciliation and internal financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management regarding payments and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and confidential handling of financial information.
- Expertise in Legal VAT & TAX related works.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting records.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and organized.
- Previous accounting experience will be preferred.
