Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace and CRM preferred
Previous study-abroad consultancy experience will be an advantage
Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning ability may apply for Junior Counselor
Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Counselor positions
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and guardians regarding study destinations, universities, programs, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Guide applicants from initial inquiry to admission and enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective applicants and manage leads properly.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Documentation, Visa, and university teams.
- Maintain applicant records and CRM updates.
- Support seminars, events, and student recruitment activities.
Requirements
Senior Counselor
- Previous study-abroad counseling experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage applicants independently.
Junior Counselor
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
- Interest in study abroad, education, and student counseling.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Country knowledge of South Korea, Malaysia, UK, Europe, New Zealand, Canada, or other study destinations will be an advantage.
