Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up on development samples from initial development through submission and approval.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure samples meet buyer requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Arrange and follow up on buyer approvals, comments, and revisions to ensure timely execution.
- Manage buyer and internal portals, including order updates, sample submissions, approvals, comments, and other merchandising-related activities.
- Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely communication throughout the development process.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, delivery, and other commercial requirements to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sample, approval, portal, and supplier-related activities.
