∎ Masters in any discipline preferably Sociology/Anthropology/Development Studies with at least 2nd division/2nd class/CGPA 2.00 at all levels.
∎ Minimum 04 years of relevant professional experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent fluency both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills, including MS Office packages, large Data Management software and tools.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Age limit for the applicant would be maximum 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents when needed.
∎ To contribute to plan and design social inclusion strategy for UCEP Bangladesh and its other entities and ensure implementation.
∎ To provide inputs for developing the organizational strategy, project proposal, business plan, business goals and other documents.
∎ To assist in guiding regional team for organizing various workshops/seminars, training with relevant stakeholders (government agencies, private sectors, donor agencies, NGOs etc.) for advocating Social Inclusion programmes at regional level.
∎ To assist in guiding the regional team for establishing and functioning inclusive community networking group for involving all community people in UCEP Programs.
∎ To assist in guiding the regional team for establishing and functioning community services at UCEP Technical schools/TVET institute to provide career guidance support to the interested community people.
∎ To maintain networking with Child and Woman Rights based national and international organizations/ institutions including government for promoting UCEP programmes.
∎ To contribute to develop and maintain strategic partnership with relevant organizations (NGOs, CBOs, Educational Institutions etc.) for mobilizing student/trainees and also ensure their support for implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s programmes.
∎ To plan and visit to potential organizations for strategic partnership development.
∎ To assist in coordinating with other departments of UCEP Bangladesh for promoting gender and rights issues.
∎ To contribute to plan, design and guide for implementation of different awareness activities/events/campaign at national and regional level involving media and different type of stakeholders.
∎ To contribute to plan, design and facilitate process of developing materials as advocacy tools in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ To contribute to provide necessary guidance and capacity building support to indirect supervisees.
∎ To contribute to prepare budget of social inclusion programmes and guide its effective and efficient implementation.
∎ To provide guidance the regional team to conduct disability assessment through Washington Questionnaire and collect the report from the regional team and prepare the reports.
∎ To develop success case stories on hard core female, PWDs, transgender, ethnic and other minority groups.
∎ To collect the monthly different report from regional team and prepare report for management and ensure its dissemination.
∎ To regularly review social inclusion programmes reports and provide feedback to Regional Management and maintain coordination with Education, skills training and job placement for implementation of advocacy initiatives.
∎ To contribute to review and finalize different guidelines, SoP for awareness activities/events.
∎ To promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
