Education

Lead and coordinate human resource management and administrative functions.
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement and employee development.
Manage performance appraisal, promotion, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
Develop, review and implement HR policies, service rules and administrative procedures.
Supervise office administration, facilities management, building maintenance, transport and related services.
Prepare management reports, proposals and Board-related papers on HR and administrative matters.
Coordinate training, organizational development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
