Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with international suppliers regarding pricing, technical specifications, and production timelines.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and favorable payment terms (LC/TT) with foreign principals.
• Keep principals updated on local market trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts.
• Promote indented packaging materials (blisters, alu-alu, foils, vials) to local pharma procurement and R&D teams.
• Generate indent orders.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities by tracking upcoming pharma manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate sample approvals between local pharma QA/packaging labs and overseas suppliers.
• Provide regulatory documentation such as DMF, COA, and Technical Data Sheets from the principals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues faced by clients during trial runs on their packaging machinery.
• Process Proforma Invoices (PI) and verify Letter of Credit (LC) terms between buyers and principals.
• Track shipment status from the foreign port to ensure timely arrival at the local destination.
• Follow up on commissions due from overseas principals after successful order execution.
