Responsibilities & Context
• গ্রাহকদের ফোন কল, ইমেইল এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া মেসেজের দ্রুত ও পেশাদার উত্তর দেওয়া।
• গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা বা অভিযোগ গুরুত্ব সহকারে শোনা এবং দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
• কোম্পানির পণ্য বা সেবা সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
• গ্রাহকদের তথ্যের ডেটাবেজ বা রেকর্ড সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
• টিম লিডার বা ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তার নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
