Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline from a Reputed University with MBA Degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading divisional professionals for the preparation of the Expressions of Interest (EoI), Preparation of Proposals/ Bid documents/ Tenders documents for the upcoming projects.
∎ Developing relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship.
∎ Explore new projects and various funding opportunities on behalf of the organization.
∎ Attending different meetings for the new project purpose and guiding divisional professionals to harness new business opportunities.
∎ Preparation of Contract documents, Memorandum of Understanding, Sub-contracts, Joint venture agreements for the study project(s)
∎ Preparation of future business strategic planning, forecasting etc.
∎ Attending negotiation meeting, Pre-bid meeting etc.
∎ Arranging various events such as contract signing, seminars and various promotional activities such as presentation, workshop etc.
∎ Reviewing and developing Request for Proposals of study projects
∎ Prepare weekly report of the status of signing of new contracts and proposals and present it to the top management or higher authority.
∎ Other tasks assigned by Management and/or Division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Job experience: Should have 8 years of relevant job experience in government agency or research and consulting firm. Previous working experience in the international organizations especially donor organizations will be given preference.
∎ Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla, English and client networking skill with various agencies and organizations
∎ Competencies:
∎ The candidates should have knowledge and experience on Business Development, Marketing, Sales Management, Government procurement rules & acts and other relevant fields;
∎ Strong computer skills in MS office package (Word, Excel and Power point);
∎ Having proven interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly consolidated salary is Tk.50,000/-
