Job Context:
∎ Coordinating Department: Sewing, Finishing, Store, Merchandising, and GPQ.
∎ Job Summary : Need to do any other job assigned by management AGM Job description providing supervision to the entire finishing department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and lead the staffs according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, development training etc).
∎ Leadership experience and the ability to motivate, coach, influence, and build relationships in a team-based
∎ environment.
∎ Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement with working knowledge of modern manufacturing
∎ material flow and improvement strategies.
∎ Need to attend PP meetings and study quality related necessary things.
∎ Responsible for Quality/production maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness of Dept. The tasks performed
∎ while discharging responsibilities.
∎ Ensure product quality by developing consistent processes & work instruction, training employees, and
∎ auditing to verify compliance.
∎ Knowledge and experience with lean management principles and practices are preferred.
∎ Monitored performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be
∎ communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality related training needs and delivering
∎ training.
∎ Implement and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for short shipments.
∎ Work closely with the merchandise and planning teams to implement production plans that meet the delivery
∎ deadline.
∎ Ensure quality standards based on the buyer’s requirement & check on an hourly basis and provide style wise
∎ mock ups to ensure quality standards like BTN, Tag, and Rivet.
∎ Collaborate with the related team to develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency
∎ and reducing costs.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Monitor the production process to ensure that all finishing garments meet the quality standards set by the
∎ company.
∎ Maintain floor housekeeping 5s & aware of people to maintain a daily basis it should be sustained.
∎ Everyday analysis D, H, U & discuss with related people for reducing defect.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely production so that delivery is not affected.
∎ To ensure the product safety & legality of the product to the buyer.
∎ Ensure day target production/quality and give feedback to management.
∎ Communicate with the washing/Emb/ Print factory the right quality goods.
∎ To set the KPI by considering the 100% on-time delivery, 99% cut to ship ratio, 1% finishing rejection, 1.5%
∎ PQC/FQC defect ratio, 0.003 store notification, 0% customer claim.
∎ The Management may assign any other work or rearrange the work from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ensure proper measurement and give feedback to the related peoples.
