Asst. Manager – Commercial (Washing Plant)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce,

Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial reporting.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership, integrity, and time-management skills.

Manage all commercial activities of the washing plant.

Prepare washing cost sheets, quotations, and customer invoices.

Coordinate with garment factories, buyers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Monitor washing orders, delivery schedules, billing, and payment collection.

Manage procurement coordination and supplier negotiations.

Verify bills, challans, purchase orders, and job-work documents.

Handle import-export documentation, banking, customs, and bonded warehouse matters where applicable.

Maintain accurate commercial records and prepare periodic reports for management.

Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, Production, Merchandising, Store, and Compliance departments.

Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and Bangladesh laws and regulations.

Practical experience in washing plant commercial activities is preferred.

Experience in costing, billing, supplier management, customer account reconciliation, and commercial documentation.

Knowledge of customs, bonded warehouse, VAT, and import-export operations will be an advantage or a requirement depending on the company's operations.
