Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree from any discipline (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments(jacket will be preferable), Production Management (Finishing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Department independently and ensuring shipment targets with desired quality.
∎ Ensure that the entire finishing process is going well following SOP's
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per layout with skilled manpower & the daily style-wise target achievement.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table, machine and folding.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Set the parameter of different finishing machines as per the management instruction
∎ Manage all specifications of production like, accessories, packaging, shipment schedule, capacity and planning study.
∎ Monitor finished goods handover after execution of quality checking finishing and packing to store department to dispatch.
∎ Take preventive action for making nonconformance products.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Should have Strong technical knowledge in garments finishing and quality system.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs;
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
