Job Context:
∎ We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Quality Inspection Report.
∎ The materials sampling and analysis of Garments Accessories.
∎ In-process quality control (IPQC).
∎ Follow all quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Check the quality as per the approved buyer sample.
∎ Have to Work with the production department to maintain productivity and product quality.
∎ Planning, organizing, and preparing QC schedules to maintain the quality and reliability of the products.
∎ Ensure Quality controlling process from development stage to shipment.
∎ Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process- product conformity according to specifications.
∎ Production sample checking, monitoring results of lab test reports, and final approval for production release.
∎ Quality issues investigation and reporting to the relevant department.
∎ Determine the causes of product defects that may be found. Then develop methods for reducing their occurrence
∎ Responsible for the quality of the finished goods. They need to check and approve the 1st finished goods to ensure they are exactly what customers want and check and ensure the quality of all the finished goods that will be shipped to the customer.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
