JOB CIRCULAR
Position: Building Manager
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of Building Manager to ensure proper supervision, maintenance, and management of the building.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise the building's balance sheet and financial records, and report any discrepancies or non-conformities to the reporting authority.
Monitor the generator's fuel consumption and report any irregularities or unusual consumption to the reporting authority.
Ensure the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the entire building are properly maintained.
Monitor the daily maintenance activities and ensure compliance with building management requirements.
Educational Qualification
Minimum SSC passed.
Candidate Requirements
Must be a resident of Chattogram.
Candidates residing near Kotwali will be given preference.
Must be honest, responsible, and capable of performing the assigned duties efficiently.
Salary
