- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
- Required Skills Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).
- Strong client handling, counseling, and formal email communication skills.
- Smart, confident, well-groomed, organized, presentable, and professional.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Necessary training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle clients professionally through Incoming Call & Outgoing Call Counselling face-to-face & meetings also phone calls, and online communication, Google ,email, Whatsapp marketing.
Explain visa requirements, application procedures, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
Collect supporting documents, and maintain proper client files and records.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth Client File & Tour Package.
Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning. Bill collection from clients
Quick respond to Clients` query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
Monitoring market activities by door to door
Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
