Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering the massage conversation of customers very fast.
∎ For female candidates may perform live by video conversations with customers.
∎ Having cosmetics and skin care products knowledge will be considered extra qualification.
∎ Doing job any e-commerce company will be preferred.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Must be Computer Literate.
∎ Punctual and honest in manner.
∎ Need to work at Shift wise Timing .
Salary: Negotiable
