Workplace: Grand Imperial Hotel, WASA, Chattogram

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food with consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and proper food storage.
• Follow approved menus and preparation standards.
• Control ingredient usage, food costs and wastage.
• Coordinate stock and purchasing requirements with management.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely food service.
