Female Hostel Manager (Campus Operations & Sales Leadership)

We are seeking a strict, highly organized, and proactive female manager to take full charge of our campus operations, manage key corporate relationships, and lead the on-ground sales team

Duty Hours: Flexible / No Fixed Hours (Requires active on-campus presence, handling guest check-ins/check-outs as they happen, and managing emergencies).

Key Responsibilities & Targets:

• Sales Team Leadership: Lead, train, and guide the on-ground sales and reception team. Set clear performance benchmarks to convert walk-in inquiries (students, working ladies, and daily running guests) into confirmed bookings.
• Fill Up & Occupancy Targets: Maximize seat utilization across monthly packages and daily guest rates. Personally step in to close high-value corporate deals or group student packages.
• Operations Control: Supervise all support staff (cleaners, security, cooks) to maintain top-tier hygiene, safety, and a homely environment.
