Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance coordination and staff discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness, service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop room sales through corporate clients, travel agencies, repeat guests and direct marketing.
• Achieve monthly occupancy, room revenue and sales targets set by management.
• Monitor reservations, room rates, operating costs and purchasing procedures.
• Train staff, resolve guest complaints and submit daily operational and sales reports.
• Required Skills: Leadership, sales development, negotiation, computer literacy, hotel PMS knowledge, reporting and problem-solving.
