Responsibilities & Context
Lead the company's overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans.
Drive revenue growth, sales expansion, customer acquisition, and market development.
Build and strengthen relationships with retail partners and key business stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate senior management and cross-functional teams.
Establish clear business targets, KPIs, and performance management systems.
Monitor financial and operational performance and take appropriate corrective actions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for sustainable expansion.
Ensure effective coordination among Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and other functions.
Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the Board/Management.
Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance, operational discipline, and organizational development.
