Compliance Manager

• At least 2 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare, Sociology, Psychology, HRM, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as a Welfare Officer or in a similar compliance/HR role within an RMG/Garment factory.
• Must experience in garments factory.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Act and factory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and fluent communication skills in Bengali and English.

Job Location: Mirpur-14, Dhaka. Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day employee welfare activities and maintain a healthy and harmonious work environment.
• Counsel female workers and address their grievances, health concerns, and workplace issues promptly and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO conventions, and buyer code of conduct regarding worker welfare and safety.
• Monitor factory facilities such as the dining area, day-care center, washrooms, and drinking water stations to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Coordinate regular health check-ups, awareness sessions (e.g., reproductive health, personal hygiene, nutrition), and first-aid training.
• Support the management in implementing maternity benefits, leave management, and other welfare schemes.
• Maintain proper documentation, registers, and reports related to worker welfare and counseling sessions.
• Act as a bridge between the workers and top management to foster strong employee relations.
