Experience Requirements
5 year(s) of practical experience in civil construction sites.
Candidates with at least 5 years of experience as a trade trainer, site supervisor, or foreman will receive preference.
Overall job experience 15 years is preferable
Additional Requirements:
Deep understanding of construction methodologies and site safety standards (HSE/OSHA guidelines).
Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla; ability to explain technical tasks clearly to site workers.
Willingness to travel across various construction site locations as required.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced and practical Construction (Civil) Labour Trainer to deliver technical skills, safety instructions, and workplace discipline to site workers.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct practical training on basic civil construction activities.
Instruct workers on site safety protocols, correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, scaffolding safety, fall protection, and hazard identification.
Demonstrate the safe operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of manual and power tools (e.g., concrete mixers, grinders, compactors).
Teach workplace discipline, housekeeping (5S), material management, and basic construction layout reading.
Conduct practical assessments, trade testing, track trainee attendance, and maintain evaluation reports.
