Job Summary

Skylar Lifestyle Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to lead content creation and digital campaigns for our e-commerce and F-commerce business. The ideal candidate can turn product information into engaging content, maintain a consistent brand presence, and run performance-focused campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.

• Create product posts, ad copy, captions, promotional content, and scripts for short-form videos.

• Design social media graphics and edit product videos and reels.

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Develop creative concepts and test different content and ad approaches to improve results.

• Coordinate product photography, video shoots, and other content production activities.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual quality across all content.

• Track campaign and content performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

• Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to understand customer questions, product demand, and campaign opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience are preferred.

• Prior experience working with an e-commerce or F-commerce business is required.

• Proven ability to manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with campaign setup, audience selection, budgeting, optimization, and performance reporting is essential.

• Strong content writing skills in Bangla and English.

• Practical skills in graphic design and short-form video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.

• A good understanding of social media trends, product presentation, and online customer behaviour.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Applicants must provide a portfolio or links to previous content and campaigns. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to explain their specific role and results in those projects.
