Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Credit Recovery Officer to manage overdue accounts and lead debt recovery operations related to default payments.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor outstanding balances, aging receivables, and identify overdue accounts for follow-up.

• Initiate proactive communication with defaulters clients, and vendors via phone calls, letters, and face-to-face meetings to negotiate payment schedules.

• Issue formal Legal Notices, coordinate with legal admin to prepare legal notice, court hearing and police station liaison (If Necessary).
