∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience
∎ Experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, and Customer Care Handling
∎ Experience in Call Center, Telecommunication, and Sales will be advantageous
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in telemarketing/Customer Service Care (Call Center Agent)
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Must be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain client database and communications through phone calls.
∎ Identify clients' requirements and provide feedback to share with other departments for collaborations.
∎ Contact potential clients to connect with the telesales team.
∎ Answer customer queries over the phone, WhatsApp, or live chat.
∎ Produce sales through phone calls.
∎ Make outbound calls as needed.
∎ Assist in completing customer orders.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 12,000/- (Monthly Salary)
∎ 1,500/- (TA/DA)
∎ 500/- (Phone Bill)
∎ Performance bonus (Problem Solve)
∎ After 6 months provision period, two festival bonuses
Employment Status: Full Time
