Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
∎ Oversee all sales activities, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to the sales team.
∎ Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising teams to curate an appealing product assortment that meets customer demands.
∎ Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
∎ Analyze financial data, including sales reports, profit margins, and expenses, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Develop annual budgets and revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance teams.
∎ Identify potential partnerships or collaborations that can contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
