∎ Should have computer literacy & MS Office.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Good Communication Skills, must have good,typing speed (Both Bangla & English), Professional English Writing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Candidates should have the mindset to work on roster basis.
∎ 6 days a week & 9 Hours shift.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
