∎ Diploma in Commerce, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Complaint handling, cross sell, Customer Service Management, Upsell

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls coming to Hotline (24/7).
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve customers' problem.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
∎ Able to handle a Team.
∎ Good knowledge of computer and Office for report making purpose.
∎ Sales drive.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary is Competitive and Negotiable based on experience & assessment.
