Job Overview
Miny-moe (Closet Cloud Kids) is looking for an energetic, communicative, and responsible male candidate to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The selected candidate will handle customer interactions, process orders, issue invoices, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Call Handling: Answer incoming customer calls promptly, address product inquiries, confirm orders, and follow up with outbound calls when required.
Message Management: Respond professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across social media channels (Facebook Page, WhatsApp, Instagram).
Billing & Order Processing: Generate accurate customer bills/invoices, enter sales records, and verify order details in the system.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the fulfillment and courier teams to confirm order dispatches and track parcel delivery updates.
Customer Retention & Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints regarding delayed parcels, exchanges, or returns with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum HSC passed; Bachelor’s degree or ongoing college/university students with full-time availability can also apply.
Communication Skills: Clear and polite spoken communication in Bengali; basic writing and reading skills in English.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer operations, social media business suites, messaging apps, and basic spreadsheet entry (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
Typing Speed: Ability to type in Bangla and English quickly and accurately during customer chat handling.
Attributes: Punctual, honest, disciplined, and capable of working effectively during high-volume sales periods.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: BDT 13,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Festival Bonus: As per company policy
