- Age 18 to 35 years
Speaks clearly and politely on the phone. A large part of this job is phone calls.
Responsible, punctual and careful with details
Proactive: raises problems without waiting to be asked
Comfortable with computers, smartphones and basic spreadsheets
Experience in e-commerce operations, customer service or a call center is a plus. Freshers with a good academic or work record will also be considered.

Responsibilities & Context
Kholosh is a premium custom phone case brand. We’re hiring someone to run day-to-day order operations from our office in Dhanmondi.
What you’ll do:
Call customers to confirm orders before dispatch
Process orders from our website, Messenger and Instagram, and book them with the courier
Keep stock records accurate and flag low stock early
Reply to customer messages and handle delivery issues, complaints and returns, escalating when needed
We’ll train you on our systems and process.

কাস্টমারের মেসেজের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং ডেলিভারি সমস্যা, অভিযোগ ও রিটার্ন সামলানো, প্রয়োজনে ঊর্ধ্বতনকে জানানো
