Lead, train, supervise, and motivate sales teams, pharmacists, and support staff to achieve organizational objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and business opportunities to maintain market competitiveness.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and business forecasts to senior management.

Manage pharmaceutical inventory, product ordering, stock availability, and proper storage to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ensure adequate staffing and operational coverage across all outlets through effective workforce planning and scheduling.

Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement appropriate staff development and improvement initiatives.

Monitor pharmacy budgets, sales revenue, operational expenses, and overall financial performance.

Ensure all sales, pharmacy, and operational activities comply with applicable industry regulations, company policies, and management instructions.
