Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the cancer annotation and interpretation pipelines.
Write Python/R scripts for variant tiering, biomarker calls (TMB, MSI) and gene–drug matching.
Integrate and update cancer databases (ClinVar, COSMIC, OncoKB, CIViC, gnomAD).
Analyze tumor and germline NGS data for SNVs, indels, CNVs, SVs and fusions.
Validate results against reference samples, expert curation and public cohorts (TCGA, cBioPortal).
Work with engineers to turn ACMG/AMP and AMP/ASCO/CAP guidelines into platform features.
