Responsibilities & Context
• Contact and pitch restaurants to introduce our website and services
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers
• Explain the benefits of joining our platform professionally and confidently
• Onboard restaurants onto the platform
Monitor support emails and respond to restaurant/customer queries.
• Promote the website to attract customers and increase website traffic
• Manage and advertise on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Create engaging marketing ideas and promotional campaigns
• Help grow the company’s online presence and customer base
• Conduct calls, meetings, follow-ups, and business outreach
• Maintain daily progress and marketing reports
• Achieve monthly targets and business growth goals
• Represent the company professionally at all times
