Responsibilities & Context
Evince Group is One of the leading conglomerates in the Garments & Textiles industry of Bangladesh, is looking for “Designer (Woven Shirt)” for our corporate office located at Dhaka. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
A. Design & Collection Development
• Develop woven shirt designs and seasonal collections based on buyer requirements and current trends.
• Create mood boards and analyse customer mood boards to translate buyer direction into designs.
• Use AI tools for design ideas and concept development.
B. Technical Design
• Prepare flat sketches and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop artwork in Adobe Illustrator.
• Create basic garment visualizations in CLO 3D.
C. Buyer Communication & Presentation
• Communicate directly with foreign customers and present designs to them.
• Arrange showroom displays and seasonal samples.
D. Coordination
• Coordinate with product development and merchandising teams to meet sample deadlines.
