Responsibilities & Context
Core Responsibilities:
Lead daily clinical rounds and formulate individualized treatment plans.
Manage life-threatening conditions such as acute respiratory failure, septic shock, multi-organ dysfunction, and severe trauma.
Perform and supervise invasive procedures, including endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, and central or arterial line placement.
Lead pediatric code blue and resuscitation responses throughout the hospital.
Communicate patient prognosis and updates to family members during high-stress crises
