Candidates with strong relevant practical experience in electrical maintenance and farm/industrial electrical operations may be considered with relaxed educational qualifications.

• Only Male

• Must have strong practical knowledge of generators, transformers, MCC, DB, motors, pumps, and electrical protection systems.

• Must have strong knowledge of industrial/farm electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Must have good knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.

• Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Supervise and manage all electrical systems, equipment, and installations across the farm.

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of generators, transformers, motors, pumps, MCC, DB, and other electrical equipment.

• Monitor electrical power distribution, load management, and energy consumption.

• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and corrective actions.

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective electrical maintenance schedules.

• Supervise electricians and electrical maintenance teams and allocate daily work.

• Ensure proper electrical safety practices and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain electrical maintenance records, reports, equipment logs, and spare parts records.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for electrical works and maintenance.

• Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
