Must have 5–7 years of practical experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance.
Must have hands-on experience in Cold Storage and Milk Chiller operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
Ability to identify technical faults and perform maintenance independently.
Experience in dairy or food processing industries will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant practical experience will be given preference; educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Responsibilities & Context
Operate, supervise, and maintain cold storage, milk chillers, and industrial refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and cooling equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment.
Ensure proper temperature control and uninterrupted operation of cold storage and milk chilling systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure energy-efficient operation.
Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and technical reports.
Ensure workplace safety and proper handling of refrigeration equipment.
