Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
* Work Permit / Employment Visa / Overseas Recruitment / Study or Migration Consultancy ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ১–১.৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
* Europe Work Permit ও Visa Processing সম্পর্কে practical knowledge থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
* Italy এবং অন্যান্য European countries-এর work visa process সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকা।
* Excellent communication and counselling skills।
* Client handling ও sales conversion-এর দক্ষতা।
* বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো communication skill।
* Computer ও Microsoft Office-এর basic knowledge।
* Target-oriented এবং responsible mindset।
* চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা এবং team-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Preferred Candidate
* যারা Europe Work Permit/Work Visa counselling-এ পূর্বে কাজ করেছেন।
* Italy বা অন্যান্য European work permit file handling-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
* Client counselling, lead follow-up এবং sales conversion-এ দক্ষ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Responsibilities & Context
* Europe ও Singapore Work Permit/Visa সম্পর্কে prospective clients-কে সঠিক তথ্য ও গাইডলাইন প্রদান করা।
* Italy এবং অন্যান্য European destination-এর work permit ও employment visa process সম্পর্কে clients-কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
* Client-এর educational background, work experience ও documents যাচাই করে উপযুক্ত work visa options সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
* Visa application-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় documents, forms ও supporting papers প্রস্তুত করতে clients-কে সহযোগিতা করা।
* Client-এর সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রেখে application-এর status ও পরবর্তী steps সম্পর্কে update দেওয়া।
* Embassy, VFS/visa application centre এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট authority-এর requirements অনুযায়ী documentation follow-up করা।
* Client-এর query, objection এবং documentation-related সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
* Sales/marketing team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে prospective clients-কে counselling ও conversion করা।
* কোম্পানির policy এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের immigration rules মেনে কাজ করা।
