Responsibilities & Context
Ensure proactive maintenance of machines used in depot operations and maintain proper service records.
Keep proper records of staff attendance, leaves and extra work / holiday work details, and share them with relevant parties appropriately.
Review regulatory documents periodically and take measures to renew them when needed.
Handle depot petty cash requirements with proper records and replenish on time.
Oversee safety aspects of maintenance activities, including those handled by third-party service providers.
Prepare labor / temporary staff salaries and share details with Finance with proper authorization.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers on maintenance works to get the best options and justify maintenance costs.
Closely observe labor regulation compliance of the depot operation and highlight any observations.
Ensure all safety and maintenance-related checklists are completed at the agreed frequency.
Perform any other depot-related task as assigned by management.
