Key Responsibilities:
To train and develop field forces into competent Technical Service Providers.
To provide technical support to farmers, including disease diagnosis, treatment guidance, biosecurity & disease prevention training, and updates on new aqua farming techniques.
To prepare and deliver training materials for field forces and conduct meetings/seminars with Aqua prescribers, farmers, and consultants.
To monitor competitors' activities and share insights on new products, market trends, and promotional strategies.
To strengthen brand presence through regular visits to Aqua prescribers and consultants, and key stakeholders.
