- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, costing, and event coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting; experience with POS or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and service targets.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate catering orders, events, corporate meals, and client requirements.
Prepare quotations, menus, proposals, and event service plans.
Communicate with clients regarding bookings, pricing, menus, and service arrangements.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
Maintain food cost, operational expenses, and catering profitability within targets.
Monitor sales performance, follow up on business opportunities, and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Taking Customer feedback from our in-house customers.
Managing daily food and beverage operations.
Monitor all Kitchen staff activities.
Monitor Store properly & ensure proper storage of goods.
Ensure cleanliness & proper hygiene in the kitchen.
Must be willing to perform any duties or tasks assigned by the higher authorities as required by the organization.
