• Typing skills.

• Knowledge of shipping matters, including Incoterms and Form E/D.

•Computer literacy, including competence in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.

• Problem-solving ability, including handling shipment delays, out-of-stock items, and quality issues.

• Ability to set priorities and make decisions when dealing with operational problems.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, or in person professionally and efficiently.

• Manage and update the AP+ ERP system.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues, complaints, escalations, shipment delays, out-of-stock situations, and quality issues.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

• Process orders, returns, and service requests as required.

• Follow up with customers in a timely manner and communicate effectively to support customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service quality improvements.

• Work toward daily and weekly service targets, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of customer service processes, FAQs, and service improvement initiatives.

• All tasks must be reported to the Head of Sales.
