Responsibilities & Context
Customer counseling
BV Lab operation - Service change, on hold, off hold, TAT Modify
Receiving incoming phone calls and making calls to customer whenever required
Backing up Requirement query when required
Prepare daily report due and overdue list among the team
PI mail follow-up as per procedure of PI generation SOP
To inform the customer regarding update report due date whenever lab-conducting confirmation test and the like.
Attend the query.
It would be advantageous if the candidate were from Savar, EPZ area.
Note- Position: Executive (The designation may be offered as Senior Executive based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.)
