Executive I - Costing Budgeting & MIS - Head Office

• 2 to 5 years

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Management. CMA / CA (partly qualified or Intermediate) is a plus.

• 2 to 5 years

• 2–5 years in costing, budgeting, or cost accounting in the RMG / textile sector.

Technical Skills :

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards)

• Knowledge of ERP / accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or any local garment ERP)

• Understanding of garment costing, BOM, consumption, SMV, CM, and FOB/CIF terms

Other Requirements :

• Strong analytical and numerical ability

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and reporting skills (English and Bangla)

• Ability to meet tight monthly closing deadlines

• Teamwork and cross-department coordination

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual and monthly budgets for production, materials, wages, overheads, and utilities.

• Consolidate budget inputs from departments (Factories and Head office). Prepare monthly BvA reports by unit, department, and cost center.

• Analyze variances and identify root causes, reporting to management with corrective suggestions.

• Track budget utilization and flag overspending early.

• Prepare pre-costing and post-costing for buyer orders (fabric, trims, CM, wastage, freight, commercial costs).

• Calculate cost per piece, per dozen, and per style, and compare with buyer FOB prices.

• Evaluate order profitability and margin per style, buyer, and PO.

• Recommend cost-saving initiatives in materials, manpower, and overhead.

• Verify production, cutting, and shipment data against cost records.

• Calculate CM (Cutting & Making) cost, SMV-based cost, and efficiency-linked cost analysis.

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management, directors, and the board.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, Commercial, Store, and Audit teams.

• Ensure data accuracy in ERP/accounting software.
