∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review production plan one week ahead and identify changes to be prepared.
∎ 3/6/10 day capacity update and Yamazumi chart update.
∎ Problem solving of bottle necks identifies in the Yamazumi chart.
∎ Line balancing daily (capacity/absent) .
∎ One Innovation/Method improvement at least per month
∎ Monitor carder and efficiency daily.
∎ Maintain skill Inventory.
∎ Lost time capturing & defining responsible department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Create the Layout of new style by the time of size set
∎ Follow and involves size set & define method of each operation.
∎ Layout discussion with technical team to finalize operation sequence and machine.
∎ Operator selection with supervisor for each operation.
∎ Critical operation identification for training timely in order to get the trained before QCO.
∎ Work place arrangement / operator allocation by the time of line feeding
∎ Make after feed report to highlight abnormalities to improve faster.
Salary: Negotiable
