Good knowledge of Yarn Store Management and Inventory Control.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of ERP/software-based inventory management will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, responsible, organized and result-oriented.
Experience

Relevant experience in Yarn Store Management will be given priority.
Candidates with practical experience in Yarn Store / Garments / Textile / Spinning / Knitting industries are highly encouraged to apply.
Freshers may be considered for the Junior Executive position based on academic qualifications and potential.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day activities of the Yarn Store efficiently.
Receive, check, store and issue yarn according to approved documents and procedures.
Maintain proper yarn stock records, inventory control and store documentation.
Monitor physical stock and reconcile with ERP/system records.
Ensure proper identification, tagging, stacking and preservation of yarn.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts and other relevant departments.
Prepare regular stock reports and support physical stock-taking.
Ensure FIFO/appropriate stock rotation and minimize wastage, damage and discrepancies.
Maintain proper housekeeping, safety and 5S standards within the yarn store.
Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.
